어린 여동생 후타바에, 유난히 그리워하고 있는 중학생 타로. 어릴 적인 그와 그의 두 친구는 키가 작아서 '스몰3'로 불리고 있었다. 어느 날 세 사람은 뿅타로 집에서 담임교사 덕에게 빌린 수수께끼의 디스크를 재생한다. 그 디스크는 다른 세계와 연결되어 있었고, 눈을 뗀 틈에 후타바가 그 다른 세계로 헤매고 만다. 쫓아다니는 깡패들이었는데 거기서 그들은 경악의 광경을 보게 되었다-!?
