주인공 타카하시는 급사한 아버지의 요괴 전용 멘션을 물려받아 관리인이 된다. 그런데 거기에 살던 유키온나이자 미망인 유키노와 집세 관련 문제로 호감이 생기게 되는데, 우연히 아버지의 유품을 정리하다 발견한 '저주의 반지'로 요괴에게 최면을 걸수 있단걸 알게된 타카하시는 시험삼아 유키노에게 최면을 거는데 진짜로 유키노는 최면이 걸려버리고, 그렇게 두 사람 & 요괴의 위험천만한 관계가 시작되는데...
